Boat Electronics Classes

Captain Shane Ellis Boat Electronics Classes

We are highly trained and experienced with Lowrance, Humminbird and Garmin electronics.

Bring your boat and we will adjust all your settings for optimum performance including: sensitivity, chart speed, shading, frequency, intensity, SI function and forward sonar. I also have an underwater camera we can use to confirm exactly what you are seeing on the graph.

  • Shane will setup the graphs and teach the client how to read and use the equipment.

WHAT YOU SHOULD REMEMBER TO BRING WITH YOU

Alabama weather is very difficult to predict, so if you are traveling in from out of state, you might want to pack some rain gear.

I do not include the fishing license in the trip charge, so you will need to get this on your own. Click HERE to obtain one online as Instant licensing is available via the Internet (2% fee), or by calling
  1-888-848-6887 ($4.25 fee).

I encourage you to bring your own rods. Using someone else’s rods are often uncomfortable. However, if you cannot bring your own rods & reels, you are more than welcome to use mine.
I have tackle to be used, this cuts down on clutter in the boat and again there is no additional charge for lures.

We implement a Catch and Release program for the health of our fisheries. However if a Trophy fish is caught and you desire a mount. Fiberglass replicas are attainable.
